Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It allows me to post it on multiple platforms and businesses at once with quality control across all of them. It also allows me to schedule in various time zones to work with each business. I use it for scheduling mostly but also for some community management. I like being able to do everything in one place.

Measurable Social Impact

I am just in charge of scheduling and posting, so I am unsure about this. In general, I think social is hard to measure in this way. It's more of an awareness ad.

It's super easy to set up new platforms and businesses. Done in seconds.

Really good, except when you need to add new admins to the platform.

It’s appropriate when you have multiple businesses or products you need to post from and make sure you can see everything in one place, track the metrics of each post, and manage comments and engagements from each. Easy to see trends. It's not great if you have one business and don’t need to post as much.
