Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use it to schedule posts ahead of time and monitor engagement and tracking across our 4 platforms. We also use it to measure growth and success amount our channels.

Pros

  • Sprout Social's analytics are great
  • Optimal time suggestions
  • pre scheduled posts

Cons

  • Does not always support high quality images or videos and is difficult to figure out how to get them onto the platform
  • Does not stay up to date with social media upgrades
  • It has saved us a lot of time as we have been able to pre-post things
It is difficult to measure as we are a nonprofit. Our main goals for social media are visibility and keeping our followers/donors/partners informed of what we are doing
There are a lot of resources for Sprout Social users which makes integration easy.
It is simple to use for posting. I do wish it was a bit easier to manage analytics.
