It is being used by individual sales reps to check what local businesses are doing locally. It gives a background that way we know before we go out.

Pros and Cons

PPC- shows in great detail what they have done in the past and what they are doing now
SEO- it shows the history as well as their current options

Keywords- every time I use those they tend to be a little iffy
Ad position- once again it is not as accurate as I would like

It helps a lot in my field. It gets customers in the door and aware of what they and their competitors are doing.

I would recommend it if they need help finding out what people are doing on Google and what they have done in the past.
