Overall Satisfaction with Square POS

We used the Square POS platform for our in-store merchandising and business owner tools to manage inventory and key performance indicators. I primarily used it to analyze store traffic and channels. Another good benefit was the convenience and integrations it had with my other apps and systems at the store.

  • Brand visibility and awareness in the market
  • Integrations with other partners and vendors
  • Cost structure for start ups. The pricing can become high as you are scaling.
  • Customer support or dedicated reps for smaller businesses
  • Business marketing tools and discounts at other platforms
  • Availability and presence. Customer identify the brand
  • Easy to set up and troubleshoot
  • Good integrations with my bank, softwares, etc.
  • It has allowed faster processing of transaction and hence more customers can be served.
  • Set up was so easy that employees could do it. Same with troubleshooting.
  • Because the pricing can become a factor as you scale, I had to keep an eye on it.
Square was the most recognized platform out there and I decided to go with them because of the brand and marketing I was targeted with as a business owner. Also, Square POS was the only tool with multi-factor security and integrated with a lot of other tools that I use for the business.

Square POS is by far the easiest system I have used and stands out amongst all the tech at my store. I definitely would recommend using this easy-to-use device and integration management system for its user experience and integrations to manage other business challenges. It is most suited for physical stores and not that beneficial for hybrid stores with lesser volume in my opinion.
