We use SurveyMonkey in many aspects. It is mainly used for attendee response on general sessions, workshops, breakouts or classes the attendee has participated in at conferences we plan.

Pros

The flexibility of creating your own questions while collecting the responses in a way that fit your individual needs.
The analysis of responses is easy to collect and review.
The analysis of responses is easy to export.

Cons

At this time there are no areas that we would like to see improvement.

We like the ease and credibility that SurveyMonkey has in comparison to other survey products.

Likelihood to Renew

We will renew because we believe in this product and have had wonderful experiences working with it. It is simple and easy to use. It is also easily taught to someone not familiar with the program.

Survey Monkey is very user friend with a variety of uses. I am able to manipulate it for each client or group we have. It fits and meets our needs perfectly.
