I like being able to send out questionnaires to my potential new customers to review their goals, needs, wants/desires, etc., to help them best pick a program and product.
- It is free
- Great concept to collect data
- Easy to send to multiple people
- Not super user-friendly to read the data
- Can't read all answers individually or always know who they are from
- The app version could be improved
- Able to gather people's goals and needs before I set meetings with them
- Gives data/feedback as needed
- It is free, which has allowed me to not have to spend a lot of money to get data
