Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Tailwind for our two non-profit organizations for Pinterest and Instagram. It has made it so easy to stay up on scheduling our pins and our Instagram posts that our engagement and followers have grown substantially because of using Tailwind. We also love that for Instagram there is SmartBio where a person can link directly to that post and for Pinterest, we love the community section where others can find and pin your posts.

Pros and Cons

Scheduling Pins on more than one Board across a time frame.
Scheduling Instagram posts at recommended times.
Using Smart Bio for links from Instagram directly to our website.

When you add a link to your post and add the caption, it goes to the first line and not where I had the cursor. I do not want the link to be the first thing people read.
The Tailwind Create is fun and helpful but still hard to use.

Return on Investment

Positive because we have gotten great social media interaction.
We have gotten more members because of our social media interaction.

Alternatives Considered

Hootsuite - Tailwind was more cost-effective at the time.
We haven't look at many others because we are so satisfied with Tailwind at the moment that we are not interested in looking around. Tailwind is always adding new features and is very responsive in answering any questions that you may have.

I have found Tailwind to be very helpful in generating our overall social media goals consistently. We are thrilled with the way we are able to easily post and pin as well as look into the insights for more in-depth knowledge. It is an easy-to-use addition to our social media.

Support Rating

I have received wonderful support from Tailwind. Recently when I was on their new Tailwind Create and was looking at their site photos, I had a question and I received an answer in less than 24 hours. They have also been receptive to comments and ideas to make the product better and they used some of the ideas as well giving us a discount for the help.

I have recommended Tailwind to a number of different companies to help with their scheduling of their Instagram and Pinterest posts. Many of them have started using Tailwind and are finding it worthwhile. I have also recommended it to many bloggers for their use and it has worked well for them as well.
