Overall Satisfaction with Tailwind

We used it at the request of my vendors to have a Tailwind account to post to Pinterest. However, they seemed to have a lot of problems and missed posts that had to be then rescheduled. They also have a pin-developing system, which no one used as it was poorly designed, and they told me it was useless. The AI they also never used as it was useless, so it was just used as a way to schedule posts, so you're paying a lot of money just to schedule posts to Pinterest.

Pros

  • schedule pins mostly at times you set but not perfect
  • reschedule the pins it missed when you manually reset them

Cons

  • non intuitive platform, poorly designed and poor information
  • design system is useless and none of my vendors used it it was so bad.
  • expensive as it was just used for scheduling pins.
  • AI is a waste of time and you pay for something that is useless
  • no refund policy. Once you pay they will never refund.
  • They say they send a reminder 30 days before you resubscribe but that was not the case and I see lots of people have this same issue
  • Support is atrocious lack understanding not just of there own platform but of what customers are using their platform for.
  • Unethical company. Even when you cancel they still charge you.
  • The business had a negative impact on our business as its expensive
  • It had a negative impact on our business as we needed to continue to reschedule missed posts and reconnect to Pinterest
  • It had a negative impact on our business because they charge you for services that are useless like their design system and AI bandwagon product
As we have already outlined, the vast majority of the series they provide are useless. The design platform is a total waste of time, and it's like using something developed in the 1990s. They jumped on the bandwagon and added an AI, which is also useless. Even scheduling posts, which is the only thing it is used for, would not work. We constantly had to reschedule pins it missed, and we had to go onto the platform to reconnect to Pinterest. Then, if you do try and get help from support, they are a waste of time as they don't seem to be able to help with the platform and don't understand how their users use the platform.
Tailwind did not stack up to their claims. It did not meet expectations for designing pins, and it has not been used yet, so we are charged for it. Even pinning was not working correctly, and you would constantly need to reconnect and reschedule pins they missed.

At the time, they were the only platform through which you could schedule pins. Now, there are many platforms you can do this with, and they all do it 1000% better than Tailwind, AND you don't pay for all the extras that don't work, like their design system, AI and support.

Do you think Tailwind delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Tailwind's feature set?

No

Did Tailwind live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Tailwind go as expected?

No

Would you buy Tailwind again?

No

Tailwind can schedule your Pinteret pins, but it's an expensive platform to do this, and given it seems to miss many, it does not even do this well. Further, they continue to get you to reconnect, so it is cumbersome and poorly designed. We used it only because our vendors wanted it, but it's been a total waste of money given how poorly designed it is, how buggy it is and how useless the other so-called services they provide are. Go somewhere else as there are way better solutions as we have now found.
