Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk as our communication tool to reach out and call our customers. Talkdesk works well with being able to log calls on Salesforce. Tracking call history and being able to go back and listen to old calls is also a great feature.
  • Salesforce integration.
  • Call history.
  • Call logging.
  • Proper Salesforce call logs.
  • Callbar connectivity issues.
  • It is a great tool to keep in contact with customers.
I haven't used any.
Well suited to use as a replacement for an office phone.
