Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
We use Talkdesk as our communication tool to reach out and call our customers. Talkdesk works well with being able to log calls on Salesforce. Tracking call history and being able to go back and listen to old calls is also a great feature.

- Callbar connectivity issues.
- It is a great tool to keep in contact with customers.
