Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

We use Tealium to receive data from our digital environments by data layer (Tealium IQ), activate by Audience Stream and Event Stream, and integrate with offline databases. We could solve some problems with LGPD; we practice some activations with e-mail MKT and other applications like that.

  • Connections with other platforms.
  • Set audiences easily.
  • Publications and roll back in the environments (QA ,STG ,PROD).

Cons

  • The interface for the business area understand better.
  • Warning e-mails.
  • Conversions from audience.
  • Cart Abandoner.
  • Integration by server side with marketing platforms.
  • Increase the revenue with the activations in social media.
  • Optimization of the cost of website developers is needed because we could implement some scripts using Tealium on the website.
  • Feed Catalog with differents paid media.
Well, in the moments that we had problems, they helped us, but in some points related to improving the account and use cases, we didn't have good communication.

In my experience, Tealium Customer Data Hub easily integrates with media platforms and sets audiences, but it is very important for the US to analyze the results and warn of some integrations at this moment. This is what we are building with Tealium.
