Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

Real-time activation of SUIT event and Snowflake data, primarily for LCM use cases via Brazee.

Pros

  • Connectors for eventstream data to various vendors.
  • Mapping for incoming data from various sources.
  • Trace

Cons

  • The UI, in general, can be clunky and outdated -- different visual identity and search behavior/availability between different pages.
  • Difference between rules and badging vs. just using audience logic can be confusing.
  • Show me date attributes in human readable form and not epoch time.
  • Connectors with various vendor integrations.
  • Ability to hit various API endpoints with little to no dev work.
  • User stitching.
  • Operational efficiency.
  • Data governance and ownership.
Our support team is very involved and tries to truly understand our business and strategize methods for overcoming pain points with our data infrastructure and resourcing gaps.
