Overall Satisfaction with TeamDesk
We use TeamDesk across the entire organization. It handles all of our client and lead management information and processes.

- The only down side that I see, is that you have to be willing to spend some time creating your database. You start with a blank canvas and all the tools you need to design a custom database. But, you have to take the time to do it. If you take that time, it is well worth it.
- Database Customization. If at any time, we recognize a need that our database is not fulfilling, I can add that functionality in a very short period of. I do not have a background in programming or computer science, so that fact that I can do this so easily demonstrates that anyone can do it.
- It has an immensely positive impact. The cost is so low compared to competitors and the usefulness is so high. It is a highly functional tool that makes our practice more effective.
I have not used other products to the same extent as TeamDesk. All I can say is that TeamDesk is far less expensive than competitors and has tremendous functionality.
