Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

At OceanSky Web Design, I use TeamViewer to provide web consulting services to my clients. Even when they live out-of-state, I can show them examples of websites or get feedback about content they want on the website. I can use it to train clients on how to use and update their WordPress site or I can teach them how to install advertising. It even comes in handy for fixing computer issues that friends, family, or clients might be experiencing. TeamViewer is a huge help.

I use TeamViewer almost exclusively for customer support.
It is very well suited for 1 on 1 interactions. I haven't used the meetings feature yet.
