Use Cases and Deployment Scope

TeamViewer is used by me personally to help users and my colleagues. According to me it's the easiest way to present yourself virtually. Various types of communication like chat, internet call made it one level above. I have been using TeamViewer for the last 6 years. It works fine with normal speed of internet. I always recommend others to use it.

Alternatives Considered

I also used VNC viewer and some other software. The best part about TeamViewer is the easy interface to connect and no network issues and no firewall issues. Some of the options only provide one of the features like internet call, chat, screen sharing, or file sharing, where TeamViewer is providing all of these.

1. When you are away from the client and client is facing any issue, then with the help of TeamViewer it would be easy to debug clients's issue being at your own location.
2. No need to use two different tools or software to call and remote control it provides both at the same time.
3. It's not appropriate where internet is not present. I mean to say that inside a company campus within the internal network of LAN or Wifi it would be great if it will work.
