Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer to remotely support customers having issues with their computers. Our entire organization uses TeamViewer on a semi-regular basis. It allows us to access client computers with little hassle on the user's side.
Pros
- TeamViewer quick support is an easy way to get clients connected.
- We like that we are able to copy files back and forth easily.
- We like that TeamViewer reconnects automatically.
Cons
- I would like a TeamViewer server I could install locally to avoid having to use their servers.
- I would like to have a call back function in the client.
- It's enabled us to effectively manage more remote computers quickly, increasing our tech availablity
We had been using a combination of clients before, including Chrome Remote and regular RDP sessions. Using TeamViewer is better from the client's perspective since it's just a simple download and they stay in control the whole time.
