TeamViewer is being used by the IT Department to remotely help users. Typically, it isn't easy to support remote users that are outside the firewall.

Switching between your local computer and the remote computer is very seamless.

Depending on your license type, you my have limited functionality.
Managing hundreds of computers may be difficult.
