Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is the best fit for accessing a remote system. The best use case is when we want to provide some support to end users and want the control of their system. Also, it can be used to access your own office system from some other place.

Pros

  • It can control a remote computer through desktop or mobile.
  • You can communicate through video or text chat.
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Looks like it consumes more bandwidth, not had a great experience when having a slow internet connection. However not a big issue in today's world where internet speed is increasing day by day.
  • Overall a good tool to have to fix issues remotely.
Best fit whenever you need to control others' system. If you just want a tool to communicate (Audio/video chat) only then there are some other tools available in the market which do a better job.
