I use TeamViewer to access co-workers' machines for troubleshooting VPN connectivity and remote access to work files. It enables a live environment for tech support while speaking on the phone, which is easier to instruct than by phone alone.

- It would be nicer if the viewing area for the remote machine were a little larger or could be more easily resized. Sometimes, the remote computer's taskbar is difficult to see or access.

- TeamViewer has been instrumental in saving time and effort so that computers can be worked on remotely rather than having them brought in for maintenance or instruction.
