Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is an online meeting and video conferencing solution that connects any PC, mobile, or server to each other globally. With this tool, we can share and do VC meetings. It helps us a lot to solve the issues. It is not an ordinary remote support solution. Once you get connected, it's hands on! Sometimes users also don't understand and while you are in control, they like to click somewhere else and write something else. This is why I just admire "remote input block" feature of Teamviewer. The biggest benefit is that it's accessible anywhere. The app is really good once you get the hang of controlling mouse movement from a mobile device.
