Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is used in our company when we need to give some type of support or feedback to other areas of the company. The tool is mainly used by the support team and infrastructure, and also by the group of developers.
  • Simple to use.
  • Well implemented (has little delay).
  • Low cost of licenses.
  • It has some security holes.
  • Needs a good connection of both parties.
  • With TeamViewer, it is no longer necessary to displace our employees to make a service.
  • Remote assistance optimizes the time to solve some problems.
TeamViewer has a very simple operation and has been in the market for a long time. These were the factors that led us to choose this tool.
TeamViewer is great for giving remote assistance to your customers. Its operation is very simple, simply entering a handle and PIN to gain access to the remote computer. We did not observe scenarios less appropriate for the use of the tool.
