Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer to work with our IT guy! We do not use it any longer for meetings due to the lack of "user friendly" platform.
  • Too difficult to set up meeting.
  • Not used by many other players in our industry.
  • Others have to download software and that is a roadblock.
  • Take note of others platforms and make you software more user friendly.
  • Need cloud based system.
  • Poor customer service
  • Cumbersome ability to cancel service
  • use of Nonreply emails with embedded messages on how to cancel service
We are investigating the use of Microsoft Teams
We currently use Zoom and find that most higher education institutions are on this platform as well so that helps with usage and understanding of the program

I would not recommend Team Viewer except for their remote desktop capability.
