Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is an excellent tool that allowed other members of my team to have peer-to-peer communication and real-time direction through computer networking. It was especially helpful for troubleshooting networking and computing issues with peers, especially in real-time, but has definitely been used more frequently as a way to communicate to other people on the team with general meetings.

- Intuitive yet simple user interface.
Cons
- Control of lag with P2P sessions.
- Delay timeframes.
- Easier communication with peers.
- Simple and easy instructions means faster problem solving.

TeamViewer has helped create a space where peer-to-peer communication can be accessed virtually, without the need of being physically present at the workstation. This has been most helpful with troubleshooting and accessing workstations from afar, and has been an incredible asset to business practices. It has definitely made a large impact on time- how much time it has saved is incredible.
