Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We started using Teamviewer in our IT department a couple of years ago because we were very limited by using the remote control feature in Windows. Teamviewer allows me to securely connect to any machine in our network and from anywhere. This is a big benefit as I'm able to provide support to our team members from anywhere in the world basically.
  • Easy Install.
  • Remote connections very stable.
  • Simple for users to use.
  • I would like to see the feature when you connect to the computer remotely if you could blackout the screen so local users can't see what's going on improved as it doesn't work all the time.
  • After completing a connection there is a pop-up that appears to leave a note, should have the option to turn that off.
  • Integration with Malwarebytes doesn't work very well at first as I had to reach out to support a couple of times before the license was activated.
  • Our ROI on since purchasing the TeamViewer Corporate license has been 120%.
  • The physical trip our support has to make to end users' desks has been minimized to less than 5%.
  • The integration TeamViewer has with Malwarebytes and Monitor and Asset Management is another great feature that has increased our IT team's productivity.
We've used RealVNC and also any desk and both don't stack up to all the features and integrations Teamviewer has to offer. First of all, RealVNC requires multiple software to be installed and Anydesk is just plain jane. TeamViewer provides secure connections and the best software integrations. It may be more expensive than other options but I would consider TeamViewer to be the Tesla of remote connection software.

Do you think TeamViewer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with TeamViewer's feature set?

Yes

Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy TeamViewer again?

Yes

Integrating TeamViewer into our organization has been very simple. I was able to deploy the software via the MSI they provided on their website. Once the desktop has the software installed I'm able to install Malwarebytes software for protection and also use the asset management feature to track these assets and also use the monitor feature to keep track of any issues a PC may have.
At the moment we are using two-factor authentication it has been great. I set up my Teamviewer token in Authy and I've never had any issues logging in with two-factor authentication enabled. Other software sometimes has issues with two-factor authentication but this feature has been great when accessing TeamViewer from multiple platforms like my desktop, iPhone, or iPad.
I think TeamViewer is the perfect tool where you have clients that use windows or mac desktops. It will give your team the flexibility to provide support remotely from basically anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection. The software is also easy to use for the end-users and this is very important because if you make software difficult to use the users won't adopt it.
