My organization has not (yet) taken advantage of most of these security features, as that has not been necessary. However, I do believe these features are a must for an application like TeamViewer since there are use cases where simply accessing a company account is a vulnerability to connected clients. But this is not the case for us, since every time TeamViewer is used we use manual verification.

Security features of TeamViewer like single sign-on, two factor authentication, HIPAA compliance SOC 2 certification has helped me to use TeamViewer with freedom and Accessing TeamViewer seamlessly with all our clients requires confidentiality and security of their infomration/ data. Teamviewer's security features gives us confidence to use it without any problem or security concern

Yes, as part of our ecosystem of SSO we use the services of Microsoft Entra ID with the possibility of controlling the duration of application functionality, certificates for communication, roles and functions of users by Active Directory security groups. And as part of the process of identity management and security minimum levels of authentication, we implement MFA (multifactor authentication) in all users using external applications.

HIPAA compliance since we work with medical, dental, legal, insurance or financial businesses. We stress this fact when having to deal in those industries or with clients. It gives the the sense of security needed in these situations. Also the fact that they can turn it on or off when needed so we need to get their permission to access their computer.

We are aware of those features since we get regular newsletters and check ourselves too. Due to security issues rising more and more these days we have implemented the features of SSO and 2FA. We are very pleased with both features since all our IT Team to use TeamViewer as an ADM needs to authenticate for sure which we didnt use before and we feel much more safer now with these new features implemented.

The 2 factor authentication has worked well for us as we are all equipped with multiple devices and or connect from different networks i.e. from home and at work, or a customer/clients internet. We are able to ensure that the connection is genuine and control any potential security issues when working on vulnerable machines or from public networks.

We haven't gotten that far with it we just needed the main features to help our clients out and solve their problems. Their security is something that causes issues in our connection mostly (which is good to keep the system secure) but eventually, we figure it out and can connect with them.

By implementing better SOC2 Trust Service criteria, access control and appropriately confirming encryption features; helped better use of the tool. It also helped in developing incident response plan mitigating security incidents.

Since I do work with doctors, attorneys and financial advisors security is very important. I take full advantage of this and only use TeamViewer with the permission of the client, making them fully aware of what I am doing and when I am doing it. There has to be a system of complete trust between consultant and client. TeamViewer helps to allow this.
