Simple and useful for remote management

Simple to use yet powerful remote control solution.
We have deployed both SSO and 2FA on our implementation and both work smoothly.
The organization is in the process of training with this type of secure method, resilience has been a barrier, however it was expected to prevent user accounts from being compromised, in the previous review we requested double authentication and the new TeamViewer update includes it. This app is at the forefront of security, thus avoiding exposing the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the information of its users.

Remote support made easy
We have implemented MFA authentication. Team Viewer also alerts us when the user is accessing from a device/browser that isn't trusted which is a handy security feature. Our plan doesn't currently include Single Sign On. SOC2 was something we liked as a part of our Vendor Risk Assessment process. HIPAA compliance wasn't something we needed for our business.
These features will be utilized to their fullest potential in order to ensure that unauthorized access to our remote systems that control the servers, as well as RPA bots, will be avoided at all costs, as the data that is used in our organization is required to be kept with a high level of confidentiality.

Easy Collaboration with TeamViewer
We don't use TeamViewer to run servers or other systems remotely but more as a collaboration tool. Hence we have not had the need to utilize the TeamViewer security features. However, it does seem that the application is packed with all the security features typically required by IT technical support providers.

Quick Remote Connect
We have implemented two-factor authentication to ensure that no unauthorized access is made. These features ensure we and the clients we use them on have a sense of security and safety. This also ensures that in case unauthorized access was made we will be notified and we can take necessary actions immediately.

TeamViewer Is Feature Rich and Works Great But Make Sure Versioning Is Under Your Control
We have only used it as is behind our firewall and opened only what was needed to allow TeamViewer to function properly. We have not implemented any of the security features other than those that are inherent when you use TeamViewer. If we used it as our primary solution we would certainly be using two-factor authentication.

TeamViewer Remote Control
Single sign-on (SSO) is only available to the higher tier packages, but we have taken advantage of two-factor authentication for all our admins. We will be moving to TeamViewer Tensor, which will have just about all of the bells and whistles, and we plan on implementing SSO with OKTA Verify going forward.

Remote Tools Review
For healthcare or any corporation involved in personally identifiable information, the security feature of SSO makes auditing logins for compliance and HIPAA rules an accomplished task. As an engineer that must undergo penetration testing and annual SOC 1 and 2 controls, TeamViewer provides user audit trails from every session or support connection.

TeamViewer's security is our greatest ally
The security features of TeamViewer, including single sign-on, two factor authentication and HIPAA compliance SOC 2 certification have been the single biggest features that keep us an avid user of TeamViewer. Our customers demand that all connections are secure and they feel reassured by our use of TeamViewer. We understand all TeamViewer versions use full encryption which is based on 4096bit RSA private/public key exchange and 256 Bit AES session encoding. In this way, we feel completely safe in all our usage of TeamViewer.

No, we have not found the need for these features. Our main core function of teamviewer is to support remote clientelle
The Single Sign-on and Two Factor Authentication were really great peace of mind for securing technical data. I and my team members didn't have a use for the HIPAA compliance certification, but it was nice to feel we had a door open for using the software if we ever worked on a Biomedical project
One of the core factors our company takes into consideration is the integrity of our systems. When instructing an employee to launch TeamViewer for remote access, it is my duty to inform & make sure that he/she has enabled two-factor authentication for security reasons so as to avoid the risk of possible company data leak. That said, the implemented security features in TeamViewer are a certainly welcoming addition for ensuring our computers kept safe while when remotely accessed.
TeamViewer's security features allow us to work with organizations that need to be HIPAA compliant and to ensure all of my customers know I am using a product that is safe and secure. This is very important as many of my clients are calling for phishing type problems and they need confirmation that when I remote in things are highly secure and I can only remote in if they grant me access.
Because we are using the Quick Support feature in most cases, we have not seen a need to turn on SSO/Single Sign-on for any of our needs. The same rings true for two-factor authentication. In more secure environments I can certainly see how this would be a more pressing requirement.

TeamViewer (Remote Access)
Two-factor authentication is ideal and we have activated it for our account. It provides an additional layer of confirmation before login to view and access resources connected to the account.
We have not taken advantage of these solutions but we are currently evaluating if we should invest the time into implementing one or more of these security features. We will be looking at the feasibility and costs to implement single sign-on but we may end up going with the two factor authentication.
We require the highest level of security in our systems and remote access. The high level of security and MFA offered by TeamViewer is one of the big reasons that it works for our organization. The certifications and high attention to the best security practices made the decision easy on using TeamViewer for our remote access needs.
