Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I was not directly involved in the implementation of this tool as our tech team did the whole installation of the software in our company however the results that we are getting after working with this software is really Great and we have broken most of our earlier sales targets
As working in a design studio, accessing our work station is really important when we travel in different placed or maybe not available in the office and TeamViewer is the that platform that helps us in working with designs just by accessing them from anywhere all over the world also we share screens along with our teams to finalize the designs and take their inputs for improvements.

Pros

  • Collaboration of team becomes easier and productivity increases
  • Accessibility of workstation becomes more flexible as we can work on it anytime and anywhere according to our choice
  • The demonstration of designs becomes much easier with this product when we work in teams

Cons

  • There are multiple options avaliable in their user interface which confuses the new users during navigation between pages
  • A video tutorial for new users can be a great option available on the tool dashboard so that need customer support and training can be minimised
  • The speed of file sharing during team collaboration is very slow and It should be seriously needed to looked upon
  • Definitely the we are saving a lot of time in completing a design from before now
  • Also the number of total sales has been increased by more than 21 percent as the efficiency of current team has been increased
  • The total complains that we used to get before on our designs due weak compliance team has been decreased by more than 55%

Whenever I am out of station for any personal or professional reason and need to connect with my designing team to discuss something about the project on which I am working TeamViewer becomes one of the best plaform to take their inputs and understand better about the flaws of that project.
