Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

With TeamViewer, we focused on creation of secure connections and compatibility of devices with software for all members. As for the choice of platform, the chosen approach of conscious simplification led to the initial easy and swift implementation, and its subsequent integration to the ongoing workflow of the team.
In our firm we use TeamViewer to enable all our workers in collaboration no matter their geographical location. It enables them to show the work being done in progress, seek feedback, and even edit the work in instances where random changes are necessary to have a consistent project progression though the designer is physically apart.

Pros

  • In particular source design elements can be easily scrutinized during the evaluation of their high-resolution screen sharing by the members of the TeamViewer team.
  • The file transfer function saves time to share large design files, and the remote control feature helps the head of the team explain and demonstrate detailed processes to other junior designers.

Cons

  • Sometimes it becomes slow when we are transferring large files or high-definition picture and video files from one side to the other.
  • Improving the performance, new features for additional hardware, and product differentiation without compromising usability towards heavily utilizing applications would help creative individuals.
  • Remote has been an enabler that has enabled us to work with a larger number of talents while ensuring business operation during disruptions.
  • This flexibility has helped in ensuring that a number of projects are delivered on time as well as customer satisfaction being enhanced.

TeamViewer is beneficial for creative teams working on visuals where individuals need to have access to the other members’ screens and vice versa. For such tasks as working with files that are very large or for tasks that involve sourcing ultra-HD resolution displays, there could be other solutions that may provide even better performances.
