Implementation Rating

The implementation of TeamViewer in our organisation was flow less as it didn't bothered us much and we understood all of its features and other tools in less then 30 days. Also it was quite simple to integrate it with other google and microsoft tools that we use in day to day basis.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

TeamViewer helps us in reaching out to our executives who work remotely far away from the workshop for training and glitches. As we create interior designs for our customers all over the country so it is crucial for us to cater them and give them a well planned services which can be executed there related to the designs that they are looking for their office and home.

Pros and Cons

Pros

A software that helps us in sharing our screen with our teams as well as clients
Information sharing and decision making becomes much easier
The cost of employees tranning and data audit is also minimised

Cons

Their is Availablity of user friendly mobile application for the software
They can provide some videos that can help users to learn about the each feature and usability of the software
Their is no option available for multiple video conferencing in the tool and this is one of the most important need of our business

Return on Investment

The software simply saves us alot of time and resources that we used to invest earlier, field tranning sessions are now of one week which was of 21 days before
TeamViewer helps sharing the data with executive quickly and commands them their daily tasks more efficiently
The growth in yearly business expansion is more then 38% as compared to last year which is a great number

While facing daily operational challenges TeamViewer gives us an easy way out just by connecting to the team working on field and give them a Quick brief regarding the challenges that they face through screen sharing also at same time when the need of assistance increases more than 2-3 times at the same time then it becomes quite a task to connect with them individually and help them in each and every step they are facing a issue while working with designs.
