Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I cannot say much about it as the whole installation process of the software was done by our IT team but one thing I noticed that it was done Dusted within one week and the app started working full fledged after that we did not face any glitches till 5-6 months of the installation.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Generally, In [...] TeamViewer helps us in organising all of our teams working in the different offices in the country and it also give them good virtual training related to the field challenges that they face. And finally all of these tasks are handled remotely with different locations and the software connects our managers to executives facing any challenges on field.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It manages the group traning well and precisely
It Maintains the reliablity regarding the security of data that is shared to different account on their servers
It has minimised the expenses of physical training that was around 45k annually

Cons

The software has option to integrate it with Google meet so that the details can be shared to large number learners
The software needs a strong internet connection and connectivity to function properly and share video and media files
Compatibility with mobile devices is not that great.

Return on Investment

The travelling expenses are really reduced because most of training sessions and meeting are done online through this plaform only
The expenses of training and support has been decreased by 38% by last two years and we might cross it by 50% this year
The number of interns that we are Hiring now has been increased by 41% as compared to last year because the work distribution has become much easier now.

We have been using it from last three years and I saw great benifits and time efficiency improvements from the first few months only, since we installed it in our company and started using it on a daily basis.

We face some of the day to day challenges regarding online app details sharing and complete bookings and payments, whenever such challenges arises we use TeamViewer so that we can communicate with our clients and their screens and understand properly the challenge that they are facing and help them in making it right.
