Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer for variety of tasks with our technicians. Most of the time it's remote support for end users and providing remote access to software developer staff. It is simplicity and cross platform support help our organization to establish the support sessions quicker.
Pros

- Remote file transfer
- Simple interface
Cons
- Non-professional use is limited
- High subscription cost
- Simple and quick for technicians to setup a remote access with users limited technological knowledge.
- Stable and established platform that we can rely on it's going to be there no matter what.
Pretty much right away as we specializing at providing remote support to businesses.
- AnyDesk
Anydesk is a great tool but TeamViewer is already established at our organization and switch would require software re-installation for each managed computer.
