Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

My organization produces festivals and events. We use Text-Em-All to keep our ticket-holders informed about events they are attending and to update them about any changes that may be taking place. We have used it to send out parking maps, change of venue notifications, and other pertinent information that may arise.

Support has been awesome every time I've had to use it!
Text-Em-All is much more user friendly than EZ Texting, and has a more reasonable pricing and payment structure. I also achieved a much higher delivery rate with Text-Em-All than with EZ Texting, which was the most important selling point for me.

Text-Em-All is great for when you need to get a brief message out to a lot of people very quickly. The pay-by-the-credit model is very convenient, as I don't have to commit to spending money on credits I don't need. Other similar software make you pay monthly or annually, and I just don't need to use the service frequently enough to justify an annual or monthly plan. Text-Em-All is convenient and reasonably priced.
