I utilize this service to contact our board of directors and employees about upcoming events and meetings. I love that I can give the same message to everyone instead of getting tied up on the phone for hours from people who want to chit-chat.
Pros
- it gets the same message to everyone
- using text to speech if very handy
Cons
- the app could be more user friendly. it is much easier to use it from the computer instead of the app
- sending out multiple calls all at once
- text to speech is my new favorite option
- I wish the app was more user friendly so when I am on the go, I can easily send out a call, if needed.

No, I did not because I don't have too many issues.
Once early on, I had an issue with the calls going out to everyone on my list. The phone numbers were correct but for some reason, not all of them were getting placed. I worked with someone until they fixed the problem. I think it had something to do with how fast the calls were going out or something. They were very helpful!
