Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I have used and continue to use Text-em-all throughout the duration of our program. We have sent out hundreds of texts to the community reminding them of upcoming events such as food banks, cleaning supply distribution, gift card distribution, and materials for event distribution. As well as communicating to them all the resources around the area they reside in. This application has made hours of sending out individual messages to 2 to 3 minutes set up to send out to multiple people at once. I recommend this app 100%.

Pros

Cons

  • In all honesty, I never had a problem figuring out the app.
  • Everything is self-explanatory and very easy to understand.
  • Setting up a time and date for text to be sent out.
  • Being able to attach a picture or flyer.
  • Being able to send as mass text with just one click.
  • Time saver. It went from hours of texting 300 numbers to under 5 minutes to set up a mass text to be sent out.

  • Almost forgot being able to respond to individuals with questions is amazing as well.
There was a time when I was being asked to verify Indeed it was a company using it an not a scammer. I was not able to verify even though I had everything they required. And it took the staff that was helping a couple of seconds to figure it out and was only unable to use it for about 30 minutes as opposed to hours in other companies.
Sending out different text multiple times was a little difficult, so we had to go to EZ Texting to send out reminders as well. But ultimately, they would both help us accomplish what we wanted to succeed on.

We usually do distribution events via door dash. So, it is very important for participants to be notified that they will be receiving materials at their homes a day before. Sometimes I was off the clock when they had to be notified, but Text em all also has a feature where you can program when and at what time to send out the mass text to the participants. I do not have a less appropriate experience to share.

Using Text-Em-All

3 - We use it for communication throughout our community. If we want to communicate that there will be an event where we will be providing free food or cleaning supplies. We use Text em all to be able to send that communication or reminder. We also make sure everyone knows where the text is coming from.
3 - We have all been trained to be able to use Text em all on a weekly basis or daily basis at times. We all have the ability to navigate the system as it is very easy to understand. We all support when we have trouble uploading a picture/ flyer that we will be sending out.

Yes, we did purchase premium support as we needed due to high demand on this app. We used it on a regular basis, so we needed to get more than the best support.
I had an issue where the billing was messed up and they switch us to 6-month renewal which was amazing. That fixed our problem right away. We didn't really come across any other issues. This should tell you how great of an app this is.

Using Text-Em-All

It is very easy to use and self-explanatory. They are amazing on the way we are able to submit a spreadsheet from excel and it does the rest of the work for you.

Text-Em-All Reliability

It did the best job an app can do. This was the best decision we could have taken.
The availability of the text em all is amazing specially when we needed the most to spread out the word on an event that was happening.
I love the performance it provided us. Also, want to clarify that the time it takes to send out a mass text is amazing.
