Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot
we are using ThoughtSpot as a self service BI platform where we want our business users to create their own insights and deep dive into the data themselves and as a whole become more data driven company.
- Generate great insights using spot IQ
- needs very less technical knowledge so even an agent level employee can use it to generate insights
- slice and dice data to whatever granular level is needed without creating any explicit hierarchies
- more pixel perfect dashboarding
- more option as compared to existing BI tools when it comes to look and feel
- overall IT cost has reduced as user themselves generate insights
- churn rate decreased in on business area
they need initially onboarding training for ThoughtSpot and then with some support they are able to generate atleast basic insights within 2-3 weeks
there are quite accurate unless and until your logic applied are correct answers are correct and timely.
With TS we are using redshift as cloud Database and with TS SaaS offering and redshift db we are now able to generate more real time decisions
we were looking for something which provides self service capabilities and something which very eay to use from users perspective.
