Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot
We are trying to build the overall analytics in ThoughtSpot with different metrics and use cases. The purpose we bought in ThoughtSpot is to give access to external users for a better understanding of the reporting point. But we see there are a lot of limitations with the product where the analyst finds it difficult to show the pinboard as he wants to.
- Its very fast in retrieving data
- data model creation seems to be easy handled
- search option is great
- Need more vizualizations
- Limitations in lot of cosmetic changes like font ,color etc
- Drill down function have to be improved

The business users feel it's simple and they are up to speed once they started using the product. Since they are good at reporting stuff, felt comfortable with using this product from day 1.
The AI engine seems to be more accurate and gives the output as expected in a few minutes. The spot IQ feature is also very interesting for business users to get more insights into the business.
We have been using Tableau as the enterprise reporting tool and felt sending data to external people had few restrictions hence we tried with ThoughtSpot.
