Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot
Data visualization related to customer complaints. ThoughtSpot allows for quick and easy customization of the required information. Some superusers provide basic dashboards using complaints datasets, and then the team is able to customize what to display (e.g. complaints belonging to a specific customer, country, year…) and how (type of graph, grouping…).
Pros

Cons
- Complex for new users
- Non-admins cannot easily customize color palettes (at least in a corporate environment)
- Instead of having one single group of people preparing dashboards, it has enabled people to build their own.
- We use dashboards to present in our daily standup meeting to quickly analyze the situation of the team workload-wise.
Not too long - particularly after they have created a couple of dashboards/views. First experience can be a bit weird coming from platforms like Tableau, as ThoughtSpot is more human-language similar. But it is not complex (at least to get the basic use).
They’re accurate and timely.
They’re for different use cases. When I want a dynamic way to quickly obtain the data I need, I’d go with ThoughtSpot.
