Overall Satisfaction with TimeCamp

The business problem TimeCamp resolves was that we were spending too many hours in the day tracking our time for projects. We needed something easy to use and basic, but with features that would help us with billing back our time. The ability to share billable time is usually an issue for us but TimeCamp significantly helped us reduce error.
  • Easily accessible on Google Docs.
  • Integrates with our other programs.
  • User friendly Dashboard.
  • It would be nice if a timer notification was built in.
  • The desktop version is slightly confusing.
  • It takes a little bit of time to load the content.
  • Reports.
  • Billing features.
  • One click approvals.
  • We've realized a large ROI because of the error in billing we had before.
  • We are able to be more productive because we aren't spending time going through reports on billable and non-billable hours.
  • We can see the performance on the rest of the team.
We evaluated these other products and decided TimeCamp was much more user-friendly. Being able to have a more user-friendly platform was mission-critical for us. The other products are equally as wonderful, but TimeCamp made the most amount of sense for us at the time. It has performed well so far.

This is literally one of the easiest softwares to track day-to-day activity. As a busy department, we need the ability to track time spent on certain projects, especially if those are billable. Being able to integrate with other tools is a HUGE plus. And using automatic mode has decreased the error rate for us.
