Tipalti simplified our global payments and freed our time

I have navigated the ins and outs of Tipalti, and found it to be generally quite user-friendly, even when dealing with complex tasks like managing accounts payable and global payments. The interface is clean and usually simple, making it normally easy to find your way around (but not always). Integration with other accounting systems is fairly seamless, which is a huge plus for keeping everything running smoothly with other departments. Although there’s a learning curve initially, Tipalti’s solid customer support and thorough training resources were there to help us face most of our issues with the system, though we did need to solve some things on our side - manually. All things considered, I’d rate it a solid 8 out of 10 for its usability and overall reliability.

For companies - like us - that rely heavily on freelancers from around the world, Tipalti can streamline the payment process by handling multiple currencies, different payment methods, and ensuring tax compliance with international regulations. This is also good for affiliate networks etc. While Tipalti is highly versatile, companies requiring extremely specific, customized payment workflows or those with highly specialized industries might find the platform less flexible than needed, requiring custom development.
