I’m using TOPDesk as an operator for user issues, incidents and changes related to campus real estate for TU Delft
User/customer management, IT management, Facility management etc.
- Layout is very well
- Much of information if you are stuck
- User friendly
- Simplify the reporting tool
- Reduced time with incidents and escalations
- Increased overall process on incident management
- Less of frustration from the business
