Greatest job ever: TOPdesk administrator and do it all!!!

Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

It is a standard version which fully is covering the jobs we need to do and manage. The modules are complete and continuesly updated.
1800 - Management, Inspectors, ICT engineers, office managers and employees
  • Incident management
  • Change management
  • Problem management
  • Assetmanagement
  • Create a form to update an asset directly, without opening the whole database of it
  • Protect the user from deleting a field which is in use in an asset template
  • When an installation is in the Dutch language it is hard to use an English manual because of names difference
  • More clearity where to get/do what
  • More and more teams are implemented into TOPdesk
  • We have to improve time on which incidents are open.
We want to integrate Jira but just started in looking to it
There is always an answer and it is mostly a honest one. No is also an answer if something is not (yet) possible. but user groups are very useful.
When we \got the possibility to go to SaaS than we are ready for all changes

I think TOPdesk is fitting for our Gevernment organisation, to order items, ask questions, set up incidents when something id malfunctioning. And till now we doent heave impossibilities in daily work to implement inTOPdesk

  • Not yet busy with right now but connections to other systems via API would be great
