Totango for Monster is being used to zone into our clients solutions with Monster and how they are using them. Totango capitalizes on their health of their solutions so we can work with them to ensure proper usage. Also we send marketing campaigns through Totango to capture customers engagement with Monster. We also write notes in Totango with our correspondence with our clients.

Totango is a clean, user-friendly platform. Past solutions that I have used in my sales experience have required endless training to understand the bottom line of the platform to help with customers usage and engaging with client. I have not experienced any issues with Totango and appreciate the ease of use and the insightful information provided to better serve my clients.

I have not used the support offered by Totango because I have not had any overall issues when utilizing the platform. I have had colleagues who have used the support and appreciated the quick responsiveness to resolve the issues they were experiencing. I am not surprised they were pleased at Totango's support.
The usability is wonderful for Totango. I have been in sales for over 20 years and this platform is the best that I have used for working with my clients. I love that I can refer to my notes to ensure I don't repeat a prior correspondence and always having something fresh and new to provide to them to engage with my company.
Totango is well suited in scenarios where clients are expressing their are having issues with your solutions and you can find out exactly when the breakdown in usage happened to hold the client and your company accountable. Also if a clients says they don't find a benefit of the solution you can hold them accountable if the health indicates in spite of your efforts they have not used the solutions.
