Overall Satisfaction with Treasure Data

Treasure Data has become our primary data store. It has the backbone of our data.
  • Easy to use interface
  • Very communicative on problems/service interruption
  • Support staff is very quick and attentive
  • A little costly
  • Cost is high; but ROI is still great.
  • Non-engineers have more access to data.
We only evaluated Treasure Data and were so happy with the trial we moved forward immediately.
Great for a small team that needs real-time access to a lot of data. If a company had the staff, they could probably have a homegrown solution.
