Overall Satisfaction with Trello

We used for the development and workflow for a couple of projects sometime back. [We] loved the simplicity of using it - we used the trello boards to set up and distribute specific tasks to team members as all our personal are remote workers. This could be done on one platform and enabled all workers no matter the time zone to access their task list and report progress and also challenges.

Pros

  • Simple and straight forward to use you will find this a really quick onboard and more importantly our staff saw it as easy to use
  • Take a trial you will want to use it more
  • Without a doubt it was an easy onboard

Cons

  • None that we could find for our projects
  • We brought our projects in on time and our clients were happy with the control and management of the project end to end
  • And on budget
WordPress, Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service)
[It's well suited for] handling a large task list for a distributed workforce or team - we are a remote worker based company with staff in 5 different locations, countries and time zones. Trello enabled us to post tasks and our staff could handle them and post responses so it improved our communications.
