Overall Satisfaction with Trello
I use Trello as a projects and tasks management tool for team projects, document control and to track resource deliverables.
- Document repository
- Checklist tracking
- Resource assignment and tracking deliverables.
- Horizontal column layout could get hard to read with multiple columns on one board.
- The audit trail of every transaction is overkill.
- It was easy to get the project team 'up and running' on Trello.
- The project team lost interest in updating and placing documents on Trello because the separate sign-on and the compounding stamps of audit every time a user would make a change.
