Overall Satisfaction with Trello

Trello is currently used to track the tasks in a visual way that make obvious in which state they currently are.
  • Easy to use and understand, no training necessary at all
  • Mobile app to check the tasks from your mobile phone
  • Ability to add comments and attachments to the tasks
  • Subtasks per tasks
  • Probably a minimalistic approach would make Trello even better, I'd like to see some option to switch between minimalistic and complete view.
  • It allows us to check our tasks using a native mobile app which makes it easier to look at them quickly.
  • Ability to give a quick view to pending/working on/finished tasks.
  • Great chance to add additional information on tasks which increases the background information and solves questions when needed.
Kanban Flows is awesome but it's not offering a mobile [app] which is bad.
JIRA offers a smooth integration with the Attlasian suite but if you're working on a small project without the need of the whole suite, Trello is my choice
It can be used to track almost any kind of tasks within teams. I'd probably choose JIRA if I'm using the Attlasian suite though.
