Overall Satisfaction with Trello

Trello is used in all departments to organize all activities in a simple way, all team members are always up to date with any change of activities and projects. Only issue is that Trello does not allow the team to see the changes made as a snapshot.
  • Easily organize activities and projects collaboratively.
  • You can track any task, it contains a history of the recent activities of each member.
  • It is a totally online platform that does not require many features of your computer, also has a native application for mobile devices.
  • You can share all kinds of documents and files with your team.
  • They should improve the search engine for tasks since you find almost nothing.
  • Its interface is very basic, it could be a bit better
  • Available colors are limited, you should have more to choose from.
  • It would be great to hide certain boards to be displayed on the main screen.
  • Trello offers us many benefits because the price is not so expensive, it gives us many characteristics to have more productivity in projects and activities.
Trello is easier to use and, to some extent, has more options, you could also say that it is cheaper in terms of price, since the others have a very high cost. We also chose it because, in fact, it is more popular than the selected programs. Trello without a doubt is a very good platform for the organization.
It is excellent for teams that are far away, so we can bring them together in this platform and keep them updated with the activities that will be carried out, but it is not appropriate for teams with a large number of people, since their characteristics are limited. It would be easy to manage so many people at once.
