Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We're currently using Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* for our APAC digital marketing needs; mainly to keep an eye on any notable local news spikes.



*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Customer service is excellent; they respond immediately.
  • The platform is very easy to understand and use.
  • The onboard process was quick and painless.
  • Including Baidu and Naver and international search engines in country specific results.
No comparison, Cision Communications Cloud is very robust.
Very well suited for keeping an eye on trends and finding relevant brand articles.
