We use Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* on our communications team for media tracking and analysis.

- We find the tool to be very comprehensive and useful and the support team to be a great resource, quick to respond to any issues and a pleasure to work with.
- We love the tools for showing social shares and for setting up key messages and alerts.
- I'd like to be able to search the coverage for specific words rather than always setting up the key words widget.
We evaluated several other platforms and this was the most comprehensive and the easiest to use.
