Augusta University Division of Communications & Marketing uses Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* to communicate the value and impact of earned media.

  • The searches, dashboards, reports and alerts are easy to create and refine.
  • Customer service is accessible and almost always immediate.
  • Most importantly for us, Cision is always expanding and improving the platform based off of our needs and feedback.
  • Some of the items that are undergoing refinement and could use further update include auto-generated newsletters. Daily alerts are automatic, but for the most professional and useful round-ups of media, we find that they have to be hand-crafted.
We've tried three our four other media monitoring services. Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite) was selected for ease of use.
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite) is well suited to PR organizations and communication offices looking to quantify, report and share their news coverage.

The support from account managers is strong. The live chat is one of the most useful we've used in media monitoring software.
