- The searches, dashboards, reports and alerts are easy to create and refine.
- Customer service is accessible and almost always immediate.
- Most importantly for us, Cision is always expanding and improving the platform based off of our needs and feedback.
- Some of the items that are undergoing refinement and could use further update include auto-generated newsletters. Daily alerts are automatic, but for the most professional and useful round-ups of media, we find that they have to be hand-crafted.
We've tried three our four other media monitoring services. Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite) was selected for ease of use.
