We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to monitor our mentions in the media and see what our associated metrics are.

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* has performed head and shoulders above our previous system. Customer service is much better and the website is much more user-friendly.
Very responsive to questions and requests. Wonderful interactive reporting system and dashboards. Very well suited for companies who are frequently tracking media mentions or social media.
