Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Our agency uses Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* across the entire organization to provide a snapshot into the competitive share of voice and media landscape presence for our clients. This helps identify areas of opportunity for clients, as well as measure how effective their media communications strategies are in an executive-ready format that is easy to understand.

  • Easy-to-read graphs that show media performance over time
  • Clients love the amount of data Cision Communications Cloud produces, and how easily it can be tailored to individual needs
  • Cision Communications Cloud is great at producing measurable, insightful data, with the ability to hone in on a particular date and see all the coverage earned
  • Setting up dashboards could be easier from a boolean search perspective
  • I wish you could edit a report's data after you've already created it, instead of needing to start over
There is literally no other product that I know of that can do what Cision Communications Cloud does with similar ease of use and analytic power.
It is particularly well-suited for showing media competitive share of voice and performance over time. It's perhaps less suited to showing market analytic data and drawing a direct line between advertising spending and media coverage.

The folks at Cision (TrendKite)* are great about providing support with quick turnaround and top-notch service. On several occasions, Cision staffers have taken the time to walk me through my dashboards and help me get the most out of the platform.
